Top Actor from Avengers Endgame Moved By Triple H’s Forceful Retirement Due to Heart Issues

Triple H retiring from in-ring competition has been a hard pill to swallow. Fans are left heartbroken and his colleagues are filled with emotions that cannot be described with words.

However, HHH made the difficult decision for his health and for his family. And, it’s a given that nothing comes above one’s well-being and health.

Ever since the announcement, several have taken to social media to thank him for his contribution to the industry. One such is former WWE Superstar and Avengers actor Dave Batista.

He expressed his gratitude for ‘The Game’ and wished him luck for the next chapter.

What is the next chapter? The fans will soon know about it.

Nevertheless, Triple H hasn’t completely retired from WWE. He still holds the position of Executive Vice President of Global Strategy & Development for WWE.

Triple H retired Batista at WrestleMania 35

Batista returned to the company in 2018 during the 1000th episode of WWE SmackDown. He praised The Evolution members, but revealed that Triple H had never defeated him. At this point, HHH refrained from answering however.

A couple of months later, Batista arrived at the ring and attacked Ric Flair before his 70th birthday celebrations. Next, he called out HHH.

When the duo finally came face to face, Batista demanded a final match against The Game at WrestleMania 35. It was a No Holds Barred match with a retirement stipulation, i.e., whoever lost would leave WWE.

Both of them put up a good fight, but HHH continued to use steel chairs and steps to punish The Animal. During the final moments of the match, Flair arrived ringside and handed the sledgehammer to The Game.

HHH thrashed The Animal with the sledgehammer before executing a brutal pedigree on him, and secured the victory. This marked Batista’s last match in WWE, and his retirement. Additonally, this was Triple H’s last WWE PPV.

On the other hand, Triple H’s last televised WWE match was against Randy Orton at WWE Super ShowDown in June 2019, which HHH lost. However, his last ever WWE match was a tag team match against Robert Roode & Samoa Joe alongside Shinsuke Nakamura during WWE’s Japan Tour in 2019.
