Former WWE SmackDown superstar and Vince McMahon have mutually agreed to part ways. Yes, out of nowhere former United States Champion Cesaro quietly walked away from WWE after the two parties couldn’t agree on signing a new contract.

The Swiss Superman was already on a one-year extension on his contract. When the time came to sign a new contract for the company, Cesaro just simply chose not to.

This means that ‘The Swiss Superman’ is a free agent and does not have to serve the tedious 90-day non-wrestling clause. However, since his departure from the company, WWE stars and the fans took to their Twitter handles and showed nothing but love.

Multiple WWE entities uploaded their favorite picture of Cesaro. Eventually, the world is now excited to see what’s next for the former United States champion in the world of pro-wrestling.

Cesaro left quite an impact in WWE

Former WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins took to Twitter and uploaded a GIF from his match against Cesaro at WrestleMania 37. It was during this time when WWE pushed Cesaro to the main-event status. However, the company didn’t follow through.

The former Women’s Champion, Bayley, uploaded a cute photo of Cesaro with a cub.

The reigning WWE Raw Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch, uploaded a photo with ‘The Bar’. This is from the time when Cesaro and Sheamus were a tag team on Raw.

However, Xavier Woods is left alone now. Woods uploaded a picture on Twitter, where uploaded a picture of his group of Tyler Breeze, Cesaro, and Adam Cole.

However, the fans are very delighted after hearing this news. Eventually, the fans want to see the Swiss Superman excel in some other company.

As mentioned, the former United States Champion does not have to serve the 90-day non-compete clause. Several fans on the internet want to see Cesaro in AEW.

Many fans even tagged the AEW President and wrote that he should immediately hire the former champ. AEW might be the place where Cesaro would be in the main event for the most time.

However, AEW superstar Eddie Kingston is not amused by this news. Eventually, Kingston took to his Twitter and warned the former WWE star to not come in AEW.
