WWE makes a lot of money every year. The employees and higher officials in WWE receive a good salary. The top five executives in the company as of now are Vince McMahon, Nick Khan, Stephanie McMahon, Paul Levesque (Triple H), and Kristina Salen, who make more than everyone in the company.

Recently, Brandon Thurston on his Twitter shared his analysis about last year’s proxy statement WWE released. He shared light on the salaries of the top five executives in WWE. 

The tweet said, “Related disclosures from last year’s proxy statement:

– WWE’s top 5 executives’ salaries (p. 21), 

– their summary compensation table (p. 28), and 

– the relevant footnotes about Nick Khan’s equity grant (p. 29).

Vince McMahon earned $1,400,000 for the years 2019, 2020, and 2021. Vince is the largest WWE shareholder, and it pays him an additional $13.8 million per year. Meanwhile, Nick Khan, who joined WWE in 2020, earned $ 1,20,000 for the years 2020 and 2021. 

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon each got a salary of $730,000 for the three years 2019, 2020, and 2021, as mentioned in the statement. Kristina Salen, who joined WWE in August 2020 as Chief Financial Officer got the same amount in salary as Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

The Board of Directors didn’t raise the salaries of the top executives for the last 2-3 years. Amidst the pandemic, WWE had also done some budget cuts to maintain the business ongoing and make a profit during those two years. 

Triple H and Stephanie earned less salary

As per the proxy statement WWE shared, there was no raise given to the top executives for three years. It was also observed that the salaries of Vince McMahon’s daughter Stephanie McMahon and his Son-in-law Triple H were half the amount Vince and Nick received.

Both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon’s salaries adding up together were not even $1.5 million, which is less than some WWE superstars earn. The Board of Directors has agreed to increase the salary of Vince McMahon and Nick Khan in 2022. But there is no word on the increase in salaries of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

Although, Triple H earns a salary of $1 million as an active wrestler in WWE. However, because of his current health issue, he might be out of action for some time.
