Everyone in the professional wrestling business dreams of being a ‘Paul Heyman Guy’ someday. This is probably because the manager has the can-do attitude that everyone needs once in a while. Apart from his daring in-ring character, Heyman also manages to dish out some shots outside the squared circle.

In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani of ESPN, the former General Manager of Raw took big shots at Daniel Cormier, the former UFC Heavyweight Champion. Heyman seemed to have no respect for the legendary UFC fighter.

Heyman was doing the interview in his car rather than his house. This is because his tight schedule had him constantly moving and he was about to enter the airport.

He says that he wanted to try a different environment rather than doing it in the house like Daniel Cormier. Heyman joked that Cormier did it because he was retired and had nothing else on his agenda.

He then blatantly said that Cormier only wanted to fight Paul Heyman guys. This was about the Brock Lesnar vs Daniel Cormier fight that almost took place in UFC before “The Beast Incarnate” called it quits on MMA.

Paul Heyman called Daniel Cormier’s dreams “mas***batory”

It was also a dig at the fact that Cormier wants to fight Roman Reigns if he ever gets signed by WWE. In an interview with Sports Illustrated, the former UFC double Champion expressed this desire.

Paul Heyman dubs these aspirations as “mas***batory”! He adds that he does not blame Cormier for these wishes, because the fight would be a blockbuster, something that Cormier hasn’t been involved in yet.

Cormier is one one of the 4 fighters to ever hold two Championships simultaneously in UFC. He may have not had the fairy tale ending in UFC, but he may achieve the same feat in WWE. We have to wait and see if Paul Heyman can put his money where his mouth is.
