Many fans consider the move as bad luck. There are comments under the video state Hardy ruined his chances by doing so. Many referred to Razor Ramon’s loss and Jeff Hardy’s loss to Undertaker.

But some fans are even more sure that Jeff is going to win by pulling off this stunt. Apparently, he did the same before his tag team title match in 2017. Recently, NXT North American champion Damien Priest did the same, and he won the title.

Most of the comments say, despite the move, Jeff Hardy will definitely win at Clash of Champions 2020. It was his way of ensuring his win.
