“What Are You and Those B*tt Implants Are Gonna Do About It?”: Former WNBA Athlete Makes Cheap Comments on 21-Year-Old WWE Superstar

WWE NXT 2.0 is full of Superstars who are hungry to make a mark in the business. Moreover, with many new stars debuting the NXT Women’s division is as competitive as it can be right now. One of the newer WWE Superstars in the NXT Women’s division is Lash Legend, who debuted in 2021.

Legend took a personal shot at another new WWE Superstar Nikkita Lyons on this week’s episode of NXT commenting on Lyons family and body.

Lash Legend appeared in a talk show segment on NXT where her guest was Nikkita Lyons. The two seem to be building up a rivalry, as Legend got really personal with Lyons. Legend asked Lyons that since her father was a rockstar, was her mother a groupie. She further said that “Was she following your dad around? Or was she everybody’s groupie?”

Lyons replied that she was inspired by her mother, who was a free spirit and non-judgemental. Legend did not back down as she tried to lessen Lyons’ current legacy in NXT.

Lyons has a reputation for trending amongst the WWE Universe every time she appears on NXT. However, Lash shared why she thought Lyons was trending.

Lash said. “You know exactly why you are trending worldwide,” Legend added as she confronted Lyons. “What are you and those b* tt implants gonna do about it?”. Lyons gave a fitting reply that everything about her body was natural. Consequently, the two WWE Superstars ended the segment with an intense stare-down.

Lash Legend is a former WNBA star who set an NCAA record with 27 rebounds in a single game in 2016.

WWE Superstars Who Have A Past In Basketball

Lash Legend is not the only WWE Superstar who has been on the basketball court before WWE. Several popular WWE Superstars also share that past. Most notably, The Undertaker played professional basketball for Texas Wesleyan university before his WWE debut. Additionally, his on-screen brother Kane has also played basketball in the past.

Moreover, wrestlers like The Big Show, Kevin Nash, and Bayley have dabbled with the sport before joining WWE. WWE recruits athletes from a number of different sports, including basketball, football, and others. Many of these athletes have made a much more successful career in WWE than did they did in NBA or NFL.
