Last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown witnessed the first night of the WWE Drafts 2021 from the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore. Throughout the night we saw many surprised superstars jumping ships between SmackDown and Monday Night Raw.

Apart from the drafts, the other thing the WWE Universe witnessed last night was seeing the “Happy” Baron Corbin laying waste to Kevin Owens.

Ever since SummerSlam, Corbin has become a pain for Owens and has attacked him several times. However, this time Corbin was not alone, and with him was the returning SmackDown superstar Riddick Moss.

Last week Kevin Owens interrupted had interrupted Baron Corbin’s “Happy Talk” premiere. But that did not turn out to be a good decision as Corbin and a returning Riddick Moss then manhandled Owens.

During the latest episode, while Owens was waiting for his opponent. “Happy” Corbin came out instead and was with a new associate named Madcap Moss. ‘Madcap’ Moss was formerly known as Riddick Moss, and on his return, helped Corbin put a beat-down on Owens.

It looks like WWE has officially changed Riddick’s name to Madcap since WWE’s Twitter handle incorporates the new name. It was Crobin who first announced in a backstage segment that his friend will now be called  Madcap Ross. Moss is now aligned with Happy Corbin, and his new name is Madcap Moss.

Baron Corbin and Madcap Moss are making Kevin Owen’s life miserable on WWE SmackDown

Last week when Moss attacked Owens, he was still named Riddick Moss; however, it looks like WWE changed his name on the fly. Last night, during Owen’s match with Corbin, Moss became the difference-maker.

Throughout the match, Owens dished out all his rage against Corbin and made it difficult for his opponent to survive.

Towards the end of the match, Owens delivered a ‘cannonball’ to Corbin and went to the top rope. However, he had quickly come back down as Corbin rolled to safety.

However, Madcap Moss then distracted Kevin Owens, which resulted in Corbin hitting him with ‘End of Days’.

Corbin then delivered another ‘End of Days’ to Owens and ended up winning the fight. After the match, Moss and Corbin were seen hysterically laughing before moving out.
