During an interview with his son-in-law, Conrad Thompson, Ric shared with his fans that it bothered him to think about the possibility that he may have lost the respect of The Samoan Superman. He said, “I was concerned that I had lost the respect of Roman Reigns. Because when that whole ‘Man’ thing went upside down and all that and I had to file the trademark, whatever transpired, it means nothing now.’”
