The WWE Universe witnessed an epic battle between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre at Survivor Series 2020.

WWE Survivor Series champion vs. champion match was outstanding
This match was probably the best one that took place at Survivor Series 2020.
Both Superstars continued to show why they are the champions of their respective brands. Whether it was Roman Reigns’ spear or Drew McIntyre’s claymore, every movement was executed to perfection.

The WWE audience were at the edge of their seats, waiting to understand who would emerge victorious. There were several twists and turns throughout the match.
During the match, Jey Uso came out to distract Drew McIntyre, but that did not last too long. The WWE Champion promptly took down the WWE Universal Champion’s cousin.

The match probably would have gone on for a longer period of time had Drew McIntyre not passed out momentarily. It did not look like Reigns could win by pinning the WWE Champion for the three point count.
‘The Big Dog’ emerged victorious after locking Drew McIntyre in the guillotine choke and holding on long enough for him to pass out. The referee realized what happened and asked for the bell to be rung.

While WWE will hail Roman Reigns as the superior champion, the fans are certainly appreciating the resilient McIntyre.

Now, whether this marks the beginning of a storyline between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre is unknown. They might not have a regular feud considering both of them are working with different brands, but this is not enough to rule out the possibility of a storyline or future matches.
