WWE Legend Reveals Vince McMahon’s Tactics That Left Him “A Little P*ssed”

Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts is one of the most legendary villains in WWE history. However, at one point in time, his relationship with the company stored, and he departed WWE in 1992, thinking Vince McMahon had duped him too many times.

In 1991, Jake Roberts & The Warrior were going through a rough patch. Addressing this On the recent episode of the DDP Snake Pit podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Jake Roberts stated, “ Vince tells me, ‘Jake, I think you’re ready.’ ‘Ready for what?’ ‘I think you’re ready to work with the champ.’ ‘Warrior? I’m gonna work with Warrior?’

‘No, no, no, I’m not saying you’re going to because here’s what you’ve got to do. You’ve gotta go to his dressing room and talk to him, and see if he’ll work with you.’ ‘Excuse me?!’ You had to ask his permission to work with him.”

Roberts added, “I’m a little p*ssed right now, and I went to his locker room and knocked, and he cut a promo on my a**. Told me he didn’t care about me, he didn’t care about my family and if he’s going to work with me.”

“I had to be on f**king time. I had to be sure not to miss any shots and I better not f**k no damn drug test. Yadda, yadda, yadda. He just ran the riot act. Never did look at me in the eyes, just stomped around the room in a circle, back and forth, marching around. I’m like, ‘OK!’ then he goes, ‘OK, get out!’ He dismissed me.”

Roberts was displeased with the way Vince and The Warrior had treated him.

Roberts had even talked about this when he was inducted into the Hall of Fame. Ultimately, he even revealed how The Ultimate Warrior apologized for his demeanor.

Vince McMahon has been quiet on Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar’s situation.

The highly anticipated bout between Reigns and Lesnar at Wrestlemania38 did not live up to expectations, lasting barely 12 minutes.

However, after the win, Reigns could not hoist the title, and it seemed like he had dislocated his shoulder.

When Ringside News inquired about the incident, the response was that “no one knows the truth.” Furthermore, Reigns did not fight following WrestleMania, and Lesnar did not appear on both brands. Meanwhile, Vince McMahon and WWE have remained silent.
