WWE Reports: NXT Superstar Rhea Ripley Moving to Main Roster

Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer Radio has predicted that NXT Superstar Rhea Ripley is moving to the main roster in the near future.
According to him, WWE officials backstage are contemplating a move to Raw or SmackDown for the former NXT Women’s Champion.
There were at least three signs to back up this prediction in the last episode of WWE NXT.

First, Rhea Ripley losing clean to Io Shirai was a probable sign that the Australian star is moving on from the Black and Gold brand. This is the strategy that WWE NXT uses when it needs to write off a Superstar from their roster.
Second, following the match, Ripley and Shirai shared an embracing hug which might be a sign that they are wrapping up their storyline.

Third, Rhea Ripley faced Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 36. Therefore, she has already been introduced to the main roster Superstars.
One of the above reasons alone would not be enough to make this prediction. However, grouping the three reasons together is good evidence for supporting Dave Meltzer’s prediction.
WWE has not released an official statement or even a hint of the same. If this move goes ahead, then regardless of which brand she moves to, the Superstars will have fierce competition coming from her.
Rhea Ripley is recovering from gruesome injuries
Currently, Rhea Ripley is recovering from several contusions and abrasions she suffered on both ears during her main event match against Io Shirai.

The entire fight was about how brutal the Superstars can be. Neither of them were willing to back off. Both of them were ready to win the title by hook or by crook.
It’s not just Rhea Ripley who suffered injuries. As per latest reports, Io Shirai also injured her neck and is now in recovery mode.
