WWE Superstars give their Backlash predictions

Dolph Ziggler feels that Randy Orton holds the upper hand. He is confident in Edge’s ability but implied that Randy would have an ‘edge’ over Edge because Randy is the viper.

I’ve gotta go with Randy here. Because I know he’s gonna do whatever it takes. And…Edge is a nice guy. So they can both be great, but at the end of the day, there’s a snake in that ring with Edge, said Ziggler.

Money In The Bank winner Otis also shares a similar opinion about how the fight at Backlash will go down.

I have to pick Randy because Randy is the viper, you can’t trust him, he’s always got something up his sleeve. I’m just worried about Edge, in my opinion, Randy, he’s gonna win because he’s gonna take it past the limit. He’s gonna do whatever it takes to win, said Otis.

Otis thinks that Randy would walk away with the win, as he is the one amongst the two that will go to any extent to win the match.

Alexa Bliss stated that she absolutely loved Randy Orton’s WWE merch sweatshirts, so it’s safe to say that she’s rooting for him too.

Most of the Superstars believe that Randy Orton will walk out of Backlash with the win. This is mainly because Randy will not hesitate to stoop to any level to win the match, which tips the scales in his favor. In addition, Edge has been away from pro-wrestling for about nine years.

During Edge’s absence, Randy has become a top Superstar in WWE and has honed his skills throughout this time. Although Edge put on a great show in WrestleMania, he may still be suffering from ring rust.
