SmackDown featured a great promo by Jey Uso, directed at Universal Champion Roman Reigns. As the duo headed towards Clash of Champions, they delivered some bitter truth to each other, and fans were shocked to see the turn of events.

Chaos unfolded in the main event of SmackDown after the “Tribal Chief” (with Paul Heyman) said Jey Uso is nothing but a shadow. He has been overshadowed by his twin and Reigns all his life. Reigns called the Usos a great tag team but at the same time, he clarified Uso will never be Reigns.

Previously, WWE aired a promo package where multiple members of the legendary Anoa’i family weighed in on the match between Reigns and Uso. Even the family members, including Uso’s father and brother, picked the ‘Big Dog’ over him.

However, Jey retaliated by saying that he knows what it is like to be in the dark. He asked Reigns, “Why can’t I provide for my wife and my kids, your nephews?” Jey concluded by saying people will know his name after he beats Reigns for the Universal Title at the upcoming PPV.

In the end, Uso went to the ramp to celebrate, but Reigns came back and delivered a vicious Superman Punch. He held his title to Uso’s face and said he will have to earn the title. An infuriated Reigns reminded Uso that he will never replace him at the head of the table.
