In a recent interview on After the Bell, WWE Superstar Sheamus cleared up doubts regarding his fight with former WWE Superstar Yoshi Tatsu.

Sheamus and Ted DiBiase shared a house in Florida once. When Tatsu joined WWE, Sheamus and Ted offered him their place to stay as a third housemate.

As the story goes, Sheamus bossed his two housemates around like he owned the place. He even used their belongings without asking them and damaged a protein mixer!

When Tatsu confronted him about this, Sheamus got aggressive and attacked him. Being a highly trained professional, Tatsu took the fight to Sheamus and left him on the floor, nearly in tears.

As entertaining as this story sounds, “The Celtic Warrior” claims that it isn’t true. He feels that the event was blown out of proportions.

He then proceeds to narrate the actual chain of events from when Yoshi Tatsu began living with him and DiBiase.

Sheamus claims that Tatsu did not pitch in for the stay

“Ted slept on the couch, and he took Ted’s room, right, and we didn’t really know this fella, but everybody seemed to like him, you know what I mean? So it was good, you know,” says Sheamus. “But then the situation was, we earned 500 bucks a week, but he wasn’t paying for any bills.”

“He wasn’t paying for any bills, any water, any cable, any gas, any of that stuff, right? So we were like, not only were we like 500 bucks a week taking care of ourselves, but we’re also taking care of him,” explains Sheamus.

He then recollects the moment he confronted Tatsu about this issue.

“So we had a couple of little conflicts or whatever and then it kinda boiled over one time,” says Sheamus, “and we had, it was a bit of a shoving thing, right? And he threw a slap at me, and I threw a slap at him, and that was it, right?”

“So that was it, basically, right? It was just two handbags, you know what I mean, flying at each other, right? It lasted about maybe 60 seconds, it was just a couple of shoves and stuff and slap and slap, so we’re like okay, listen, we got over it, we worked it out,” says Sheamus.

Hearing this, we now finally know the reality behind their confrontation. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as dramatic as the earlier story. What’s surprising is that WWE didn’t think of making a storyline out of this feud.
