Braun Strowman joined Team Raw after beating Keith Lee and Sheamus in a hard-hitting triple threat match last week. He was the most divisive member of the group, given his inability to get along with Sheamus, his rivalry with Keith Lee and his refusal to acknowledge AJ Styles as the Team Captain.

Strowman took to Twitter to deliver a damning statement. He attacked his team members and made Team Raw look even more dysfunctional than it already is.

The Monster Among Men was part of a segment that will go down as one of the funniest but pointless segments of 2020. AJ Styles marched to the ring with the rest of his team. He tried to introduce Team Raw, which is now complete after Riddle joined the team.

The segment descended into pure comedy after the wrestlers started taking digs at each other. In order to calm them down, Riddle gave the group some ‘sick codenames’, which did not make things better.

Riddle’s ridiculous codenames feature in the tweet

AJ Styles became Skipper, Sheamus became FireFace, Strowman became Mongoose, Keith Lee is BroLee and Sheamus christened Riddle with his new codename ‘Dopey’. Strowman was understandably angry at the events that transpired following the segment.

AJ Styles announced a team building exercise in the form of Riddle and Keith Lee vs Sheamus and Braun Strowman. Lee and Riddle picked up the win after Sheamus Brogue Kicked Strowman off the apron, allowing Riddle to roll up the Celtic Warrior for the win.

Strowman’s tweet attacked each of his team members and called them by the ridiculous names that Riddle had awarded them. He was distraught at the team’s inability to get along and their general incompetence. “And people wonder I quit playing team sports,” wrote Strowman. He even refused to acknowledge AJ Styles as his captain.

Braun Strowman has been a singles star throughout his WWE career and has won the Intercontinental and WWE Universal Championships. He is a two time Raw Tag Team Champion as well, but his reigns were short-lived.

He has featured in four consecutive Survivor Series Elimination matches, winning two and losing two. This year’s event will be his fifth consecutive appearance at the traditional 5 on 5 match. He previously won in 2017 and 2018.
