Sami Zayn is currently one of the most over superstars on the WWE roster and has every fan rooting for him from the stands. Zayn involved himself with The Bloodline and Roman Reigns last year, and slowly but gradually built himself to be a part of the villainous stable.

As Zayn struggled to become a part of The Bloodline, fans started rooting and cheering for him, which gradually led Roman Reigns to make him an honorary Uce. However, after several months of being the honorary Uce, he would lose respect at the 2023 Royal Rumble.

The 2023 Royal Rumble main event would witness Roman Reigns going heads-on against Kevin Owens. However, after the match, Zayn would turn on Reigns, after getting constantly belittled by him. Zayn’s turn on The Bloodline would lead to the entire stable beating him up, while Jey Uso silently left them behind.

However, on the next follow-up WWE SmackDown episode to Royal Rumble, Reigns would throw out a challenge to the former member of The Bloodline, which was answered by Zayn himself as he speared The Tribal Chief. This decision, however, turned out to be an extremely bad one, as the whole Bloodline would then launch an attack on Zayn.

After Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa, and Roman Reigns were done beating the former NXT Champion down, Reigns would issue an open threat to him.

What did Roman Reigns say to Sami Zayn?

Reigns would push Zayn to the corner turnbuckle and directly throw out an open threat for him. He would offer Zayn a match at Elimination Chamber, in Montreal, but also issue several threats to him. Reigns would state, “I gave you the key to the kingdom. I gave you an invitation to a promise land and what do you do? How do you repay me? You break up my family.”

The Tribal Chief would further state, ” I want you in Montreal, I want you at the Elimination Chamber because You broke up my family and I’m gonna break YOU in front of your entire family. Your parents, your wife, your child, all your family friends, all your relatives. I want everybody to see what happens when you get into The Bloodline and mess with my family. I will see you soon.”
