Brodie Lee has been one of the pioneers of professional wrestling. He was mostly known for his work in WWE as Luke Harper, where he was seen tagging alongside Eric Rowan and Bray Wyatt as a part of the Wyatt family. However, in 2020, Harper left WWE and joined its rival promotion AEW.

However, the wrestling world received disappointing news when Lee passed away in 2020 because of a lung disease. AEW would pay a tribute to Brodie Lee and his family, and even crowned his son as the TNT Champion for life.

However, Amanda Huber, Lee’s wife, announced that a documentary was in the works on her husband without her notice and permission. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter recently reported that a documentary titled, ‘This is Brodie Lee’ will debut soon. It will come out on video on demand on 3rd February, 7 pm ET.

The documentary will feature interaction with his close friends, wrestlers, and relatives. It will also feature the first professional wrestling match of his career. However, his former wife, Amanda Huber came on Twitter and revealed that her family did not authorize the documentary, and was done without their notice.

It is rather surprising that a whole documentary was shot and done, without any authorization of the family. And with its debut date nearing, Huber’s family spoke up and revealed the truth.

Amanda Huber was indeed going through a time tough, since it had only been two years since she lost her husband. And, video production crews took the opportunity and capitalized on the situation to produce a documentary that would benefit them. And they proceeded with Lee’s family’s approval.
