Monday Night Raw will feature a blockbuster contest between Drew McIntyre and Keith Lee.

After Keith Lee dropped the NXT Championship to Karrion Kross, he was still moved to the Raw roster. Since that point, he has been involved in a storyline with Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre.

This was an absolute surprise for the fans. No one expected Keith Lee to be included in one of the top storylines in WWE.

Furthermore, Lee has wrestled Orton on two occasions and defeated him once. However, now he is gearing up to face the WWE Champion.

Taking this opportunity, the ‘Limitless One’ sent a message to the Champion on social media. Of course, McIntyre did not refrain from responding with a snide comment involving Lee’s entrance music.

[Point to note here: Almost all of Lee’s fans were displeased with the change in his theme music.]

Keith Lee and Drew McIntyre have eyes on the same title

Keith Lee has been a dominant Superstar in NXT. He was the first Superstar to hold the NXT Championship and the North American title simultaneously.

Now that he has been moved to the red brand, it is expected that he will be pushed to the stratosphere. Moreover, after his clash with Orton, he has come under the radar of WWE Raw’s audience. This already gives him an edge over his compatriots.

As a matter of fact, his hurried transfer to Raw after dropping the NXT title shows that Vince McMahon and WWE are high on Keith Lee.

Coming to Drew McIntyre, he has been rather successful with his WWE Championship reign. After he defeated Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36, he became an absolute favorite. Following that, he made sure to defend the title against top contenders. He will be defending the same title against Randy Orton at the upcoming Clash of Champions.
