Mustafa Ali shocked the world tonight on Monday Night Raw by announcing himself as the leader of Retribution. Throughout the night, Ali received many invitations to join the Hurt Business. Later on the show, Ali faced the spokesperson of the Hurt Business, MVP, in singles competition. Retribution showed up during the match and Hurt Business was ready to fight them off. Ali then slid outside the ring and ordered The Retribution to go inside. Shockingly, the group obeyed and completely annihilated MVP and co. After the assault, Ali joined the group in the ring and stood right in front as the leader of the group. Samoa Joe scratched his head on commentary, trying to guess how someone like Ali got in touch with the vigilante group. Well, everyone had the same question as Joe.
