WWE has started implementing its new-third party app policy. As a result, numerous WWE superstars had to terminate their Twitch accounts, and some of them released statements.
One of the most popular WWE Twitch streamers is AJ Styles. He used his Discord account to release a statement and said that he is taking a temporary break till WWE decides what to do with the accounts. Till then, his StylesClash stream will be suspended.
He reiterated his gratitude towards the fans and said, “This isn’t goodbye, but this is to see you sometime in the future. We will leave discord open, but since it won’t be monitored, we will be making changes.

“Chris or I will let you know what that looks like once we figured it out. If you see me at arenas or wherever, be sure to let me know you’re part of the phenomenal family. Again this isn’t the end. It’s just a phase. Thank you again for your support,” he concluded.
Apart from Styles, Mia Yim (aka Reckoning) also had to terminate her Twitch account. She canceled her stream with Jessamyn Duke and hoped to return soon.
Sorry guys, no more stream for the time being. Thank you for making these past few difficult months manageable. It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later. 💙 https://t.co/9XHbOikGLL

As reported earlier, WWE took over the Twitch accounts of the Superstars. WWE would continue to let the Superstars stream on Twitch, but the company would own the accounts and the revenue as they “own” the names. Vince McMahon issued a letter to the employees for the same.
Until WWE releases an official statement, we don’t know what will be the future of the Superstars and their Twitch accounts.
