Charlotte Flair took a hiatus from WWE after her match against Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania BackLash. The reason for her hiatus from WWE was to recover from the Distal Radius Fracture or broken wrist she suffered in her ‘I Quit’ match against Ronda Rousey.

However, while The Queen is recovering from her storyline injury, she was making preparations for her wedding with her fiance Andrade El Idolo. They both were engaged for a long time and on Friday, they finally tied the knot.

They held the wedding ceremony at Hacienda Mi Ranchito in Torreón, Mexico, which is Andrade’s hometown. Roughly 160 guests were present while the couple exchanged vows attended the ceremony.

Further, Charlotte Flair and Andrade El Idolo had already planned the wedding for this summer. Before WrestleMania BackLash, Flair had sat in for an interview with BT Sport, where she had given a hint about getting married this year. Also, she further stated of starting a family as this might be a good time for the same according to ‘The Queen’.

Prior to exchanging the vows with Andrade, Charlotte Flair had a moment with her father, Ric Flair. ‘The Nature Boy’ posted a picture of him and Charlotte Flair saying, “Congratulations To My Beautiful Daughter @MsCharlotteWWE & @AndradeElIdolo! Wishing You Nothing But Love & Happiness! ❤️❤️❤️”

However, The Queen will be taking some more time off from WWE. Also, the newlywed couple is probably flying to Costa Rica for their honeymoon.

Moreover, Flair is recovering from her kayfabe wrist injury she picked up in her match against Ronda Rousey. However, she can return by August to challenge Rousey for a rematch for her SmackDown Women’s Title.
