There is trouble in paradise within the Lucha House Party. Ever since Kalisto came back after a hiatus, he has had problems with his comrades, particularly with Lince Dorado. On this week’s Friday Night SmackDown, Gran Metalik faced off against one half of the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, Shinsuke Nakamura. The rest of the Lucha House Party and Cesaro were there on the ringside.

Metalik was momentarily in control. However, after a botched moonsault, Nakamura caught up and pinned Metalik with the Kinshasa for the win.

After the match, Cesaro attacked Lince Dorado and Kalisto watched from outside. After the assault was over, Kalisto lent a hand to his teammates, but Dorado shoved Kalisto and walked to the back with Metalik.

Is Lucha House Party doomed for a split on SmackDown?

Lucha House Party will take on Nakamura and Cesaro at the upcoming Clash of Champions 2020. However, the fissures within their team might prove to be a major deterrent in their quest for the titles. After the match, Dorado posted a cryptic tweet with the caption, “I know what you doing.”

Does he mean Kalisto is actually a wolf in sheep’s clothing? Or is the Lucha House Party going to abandon Kalisto to make him a lone wolf?

Interestingly, Kalisto seemed oblivious to the possible split. After the match, he posted that his teammates still have a lot to learn from him. He is quite hopeful that the group will become the new tag team champions.

On Raw, the team of Andrade and Angel Garza are also seemingly headed for a split. But their tension is new, unlike Lucha House Party. If the latter does not win at the upcoming PPV, there will definitely be an implosion.
