Dwayne Johnson and Arnold Schwarzenegger are two of the biggest action heroes in Hollywood. The Rock is currently making the headlines in Hollywood for his films. But before he became an action hero, Arnold Schwarzenegger was the go-to man for action films. His physique and his acting skills turned him into an inspiration for many, including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
Schwarzenegger and Johnson have both starred in several action films. For instance, Arnold Schwarzenegger played key roles in films like The Terminator and Terminator 2, whereas Dwayne Johnson appeared as a lead role in Black Adam, an upcoming superhero film. Most of you might already know about these films. But you might not be aware of is the salary that Johnson and Schwarzenegger received for these films.

As per Lad Bible, Arnold Schwarzenegger got paid $21,429 per word for his role in Terminator 2: Judgement Day. The bodybuilding legend spoke 700 words in the film and earned $15 million. Now, coming to Schwarzenegger’s salary for The Terminator, the first movie in the franchise. The former governor of California earned $750,000 for The Terminator (1984).
If we add these both payments and compare them to Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam salary, you will see a vast difference. As per a report, Dwayne Johnson got paid $22.5 million for Black Adam. Thus, you can see Dwayne Johnson earned almost 1.5 times more than Arnold Schwarzenegger’s combined salary for The Terminator and Terminator 2.
Though Arnold Schwarzenegger received a salary of less than $20M for the first two films of the Terminator series, he received a hefty salary of almost $30M for the third installment of the Terminator series.

As for DJ, his Black Adam film is yet to be released. It will hit the theaters later this year. The Brahma Bull is very excited about this upcoming superhero movie and he often tries to promote his film on social media.
