CM Punk has responded with “Duh” to an Instagram post that involves Dax Harwood’s plea for Punk. On the first episode of his podcast, FTR with Dax Harwood, Harwood pled The Two-Time AEW Champion and The Elite (Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks) to “think unselfishly” and bury the hatchet.

Punk’s one-word response has started a debate among the fans. The fans are arguing over whether The Best in the World will come back to AEW or not.

The Pro Wrestling Podcast shared a part of Harwood’s comments on its Instagram platform. The coverage read as, “AEW’s Dax Harwood makes plea for CM Punk, The Elite to ‘find a way to make it work.‘”

This whole situation found its way to Twitter. Wrestling news shared the whole incident on its Twitter page with the caption, “Looks like CM Punk is not shutting the door on returning to AEW.” And the fans have shown all kinds of emotions regarding this tweet.

The whole situation started after The American Profesional Wrestler secured a victory against Jon Moxley and won the AEW World Championship at AEW All Out on September 4. Punk took multiple digs at The Elite stable founders, Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks backstage after his match.

Seeing the 218-pounder taking shots at them, Omega and Bucks lost their temper, and a heated physical alteration took place among the aforementioned individuals. During the brawl, there was a fourth individual present who was Punk’s trainer and long-time friend, Ace Steel.

This incident led AEW to suspend Kenny Omega, and The Young Bucks, whereas the company fired Steel. The Elite returned at the AEW Full Gear on November 19. But Punk suffered a torn tricep during his title match against Moxley and has remained absent ever since.

Well, we don’t know when Punk will come back, but there is another wrestler that might appear in Tony Khan’s promotion. The news that former WWE superstar Mandy Rose could land in AEW has taken the internet by storm.
