Massive Update on Bobby Lashley’s WrestleMania Opponent As Brock Lesnar Set to Challenge Roman Reigns

Bobby Lashley defied all odds as he defeated Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble and won the WWE Championship. Brock Lesnar on the same night came out as the 30th entrant in the Royal Rumble match and won it for the second time in his career and will main event WrestleMania 38.

Now, most people believe that Lesnar will surely challenge Roman Reigns at WrestleMania. Reigns interfered in Lesnar’s match, which cost Lesnar the championship. Also, Lesnar was double-crossed by Paul Heyman tonight.

Lesnar is now set to challenge Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, which he might make official on this week’s SmackDown. The question arises: Who will be Bobby Lashley’s opponent on WrestleMania?

After the PPV WrestleVotes shared a tweet addressing the same question. The tweet stated, “Lesnar had to be the winner here. I’m told they legitimately do not know what the WWE Title match at Mania is going to be at this point. Avoid the ol pigeon hole.”

Currently, it seems they will decide the opponent for Lashley at Elimination Chamber. Elimination Chamber will be in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia this year. The participants for the Chamber can be AJ Styles, Randy Orton, Matt Riddle, Austin Theory, Kevin Owens, and Edge.

WWE has not fixed any plans for the WWE Championship as of now, but hope they plan out a core storyline ahead at the Elimination Chamber.

Whenever WWE announces a show at Saudi Arabia, there is something huge planned. Goldberg is someone WWE never forgets for their show in the Gulf. As per BleacherReport, Goldberg’s current WWE contract is two matches per year till 2023.

Lashley and Goldberg faced each other last year at Crown Jewels in Saudi Arabia. It is sure WWE will never forget to keep their prestigious WWE title match on a PPV match card.

Will WWE this time consider a match between Lashley and Goldberg for the WWE Championship at Elimination Chamber? It is still unclear as they will answer all the questions in this week’s RAW.
