The popular streamer Ludwig had become of the talk of the town recently with his month-long subathon. It resulted in the streamer breaking Ninja’s record of most all-time Twitch subscribers. Along with this, it inspired many other streamers to try their own versions of the Twitch subathon. Mizkif, yet another popular Twitch streamer, is one good example. Recently, the iconic streamer xQc said that he plans to be the next one.

Basically, a subathon is a streaming marathon with the objective of gaining more subs. In Ludwig’s version, he streamed an extra 20 seconds for each subscription. The next thing we knew, it spanned for a month. Mizkif’s subathon was kind of a reverse subathon. He had a timer that would reach zero in 10 days. He had to beat ten games before the timer ran out. Furthermore, every time he got a new subscriber, his timer would lose an additional 12 seconds.

Although details about xQc’s version are not known, we are sure it will be as much fun.
