The purse money of the PLAYERS Championship of 2022 is
$20 million. The champion would bag the $3,600,000 out of the purse money, which is the standard 18 percent payout according to the PGA Tour’s prize money distribution chart.

The winner will receive 600 FedEx points and 80 Official World Golf Ranking points. He will get a five-plus season exemption at the PGA Tour. The winning at the event will also ensure a direct qualification at the 2022 Masters and PGA Championship and 2023 Sentry Tournament of Champions.
