Jordan’s investments

NBA Hall of Famer, Michael Jordan bought the NBA team, Charlotte Hornets in 2010. Although he sold a portion of the Hornets in 2019, he still owns the majority of the franchise. In 2021, Jordan bought the 23XI Racing along with Denny Hamlin.

Hamlin’s dual duty

Although Hamlin is the minority shareholder of 23XI Racing, he also drives full-time in NASCAR. Recently, he won the race in Kansas. Notably, Hamlin and Jordan also recruited talented Bubba Wallace in 2021 as their main driver moving forward.

Hamlin reveals how Jordan got involved

In a recent interview, Hamlin said, “He’s a race fan first. His parents took him to NASCAR races when he was a kid, and that’s how it started. Now he’s our business partner.” Hamlin also praised Jordan as the team’s owner; he said Jordan is very passionate as the owner.
