A horrifying incident unfolded in Maine when a 40-year-old Army reservist, Robert Card, vehenmently shot and killed several people at a bowling alley and a restaurant. The mass shootings resulted in the deaths of 18 people and severe injuries to 13 others.

The culprit was caught lifeless

Following the incident, the local police combed the area for the culprit but ultimately discovered his lifeless body on Friday evening. According to the Associated Press, Card passed away by a self-inflicted gunshot.

Despite significant losses, the authority for the Division III football games decided to postpone their matches and rescheduled them for November 18.
