If there is anybody in the league who has had one of the most impressive transformations in the league, it's Milwaukee Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmp. To say the least, it is very inspiring. From the streets to becoming an NBA player, the reigning MVP has come a long way.
Let's stop for a moment and see how he became the Greek Freak.
Before making his way to the NBA, Giannis had a two-year stint with Filathlitikos of the Greek B Basketball League. At the time, nobody could have pictured the 18-year-old turn into the beast he is today.

A lot of teams were intrigued by this international prospect but he was still untouched in the lottery until the Milwaukee Bucks snagged him. He was just 6-foot-9 and 215 pounds at the time.

It was in his second season with the Milwaukee Bucks that his potential became clearer to the world. One could see growth in his height and weight, which eventually translated to a better performance on the court too.

By this time, Giannis had established himself as a dominant player in the league. He became the Bucks' franchise player and continued to bulk up.

By the 2018-19 campaign, Giannis had admitted to gaining a whopping 51 points of muscle since he joined the NBA. However, the 24-year-old has a lot to accomplish yet and is going to get even stronger as the years go by.
