The Greek Freak was drafted back in 2013 by the Bucks with their 15th overall pick. When he entered the league, nobody expected him to become the star that he is today. In fact, he didn’t even break the 20ppg mark in the first three years of his career.

Not surprisingly, Giannis didn’t accomplish much during this time span. He was developing gradually and in the first three years of his career, the only accolade he had was being a part of the 2014 NBA All-Rookie second team.

Finally, he received tremendous recognition from all around the league as he also made the All-NBA second team this season. He capped off the season while averaging 22.9 points per game.

The Greek Freak continued his form in the next season as he repeated the same level of success this season too.
