With his life lacking excitement, John Fury believes that the only thing that can truly thrill him is stepping into the ring with the legendary Mike Tyson. As the father of 'The Gypsy King,' he has expressed interest in facing Mike Tyson on the undercard of Tyson Fury vs. Francis Ngannou.
Fury maintains that despite their age, both he and Tyson are fighters at heart and can put on an entertaining show for the paying audience.
John Fury, aged 59, isn't concerned about the possibility of losing to Tyson in the ring, as he has been knocked out before. He believes that as long as he and Tyson can bring joy to people, they should go ahead with the fight.
Fury declared, "I’m not bothered. I’ve been knocked out before. It doesn’t make any difference to me. As long as we can entertain the pay in public and put smiles on their face, that’s all I want to do."
In light of this, Fury, who humorously referred to both himself and Tyson as "geriatrics," has appealed to the people in Saudi Arabia to organize this fight.
As per Fury, "The only thing that does excite me is getting in that ring with the great Mike Tyson. If the people in Saudi Arabia can put it together, which I’m sure they can, I’m all in."
