Dillon Danis has been relentlessly mocking Logan Paul by referencing his fiancée Nina Agdal's past, ahead of his fight with Logan on October 14. While Paul plans to respond in the ring, Nina Agdal herself has taken action to stop Danis.
Danis' persistent and relentless trolling has led the Danish model to file a lawsuit. Documents obtained by TMZ Sports reveal her claim that the Bellator fighter posted over 250 "hurtful" comments about her since their fight was announced.
Furthermore, she has alleged that a particular post on August 11th violated both federal and state laws. In this post, she contends that an explicit image of her from "a romantic encounter" over a decade ago was shared by Danis without her consent, as reported by TMZ Sports.
As per Agdal's claims, "Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent. Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive."
She additionally asserted that Danis removed the post only when Misfits Boxing threatened to cancel the event. In her lawsuit, she is pursuing unspecified damages and a minimum of $150,000 for each violation of federal laws pertaining to the sharing of intimate images.
Moreover, she is seeking a restraining order to prevent Danis from posting explicit images of her in the future.
