This 135-pound title fight will serve as the main event for a Top Rank Boxing on ESPN card, taking place just two days before Formula 1's inaugural race on the Las Vegas Strip.

As per Coppinger's latest post on X, "Shakur Stevenson and Edwin De Los Santos have agreed to a deal for a Nov. 16 fight in Las Vegas for the vacant WBC lightweight title, sources told ESPN. The bout will headline a Top Rank Boxing on ESPN card on Thursday three days before Formula 1 debuts in Vegas."

Initially, Stevenson was set to fight undefeated contender Frank Martin, with a deal in place last week. However, the fight was canceled before it was officially confirmed due to reported difficulties in negotiating the fight purse, which was attributed to Martin's team.
