Training Schedule

Haney's training routine is divided into three parts. He does long runs in the morning, three hours of workout in the afternoon, and about an hour and a half of night workout. 

Cardio

Haney prefers doing cardio outside the gym. He runs 5-6 miles every day and does other cardiovascular exercises to improve his endurance. 

Core

Core muscles are a vital part of an athlete's body. To strengthen his core muscles, Haney does various core exercises like abs-roll out, crunches, planks, hanging leg raises, and more.

Boxing

Haney does heavy bag workouts to hone his boxing skills. To improve aerobic endurance, he sometimes wears an elevation training mask that controls oxygen levels to simulate high altitude, while hitting the bags.

Sparring

Sparring is a vital part of Haney's training routine. To prepare him for the battle mentally and physically, he does heavy sparring inside the gym.
