In January 2015, Floyd Mayweather posted a picture on Instagram, where he showed off his car collection, which included 3 Bugattis, amongst Ferraris, Porsches, and more. Today, let's find out if he still owns three Bugatti models, which are worth $6.2 million combined?
Mayweather's car collection included of 2 Bugatti Veyron worth $1,600,000, making the total to $3,200,000. Apart from that, he also owned a Bugatti Gran Sport that is worth $3,000,000.
However, there was news that Mayweather sold both his Veyrons. The 2011 Grand Sport had a price tag of $2.45 million, while the 2015 Grand Sport Vitesse was listed at $3.95 million.
In 2015, Mayweather splurged $3,498,000 to acquire the supercar. Fortunately for him, even after two years of ownership, the vehicle's value didn't decrease; instead, it soared by $452,000, leaving the boxer pleasantly surprised.
However, Bugatti blacklisted Mayweather after he sold one of his "black Veyron" cars for a higher price than its value, leading to a ban on the boxer from purchasing their luxury vehicles.
Mayweather may have been making space in his garage for a new Buggati, as he acquired the 2017 Buggati Chiron, the brand's fastest car, at a staggering price of $3.5 million.
