Errol Spence Jr's Losses in All of Boxing

Spence Jr commenced his career at the age of 15, under the guidance of his father. Throughout his amateur journey, he participated in 77 bouts, securing victory in 64 matches (without any knockouts) and encountering 13 losses (also without any knockouts). Today, let's take a look at his losses!

At 17 years old, Spence Jr entered the professional arena, facing Marcus Willis in his debut bout, which ended in a loss, marking his first professional defeat.  He went on to lose twice after that.

Until May 2008, he had 3 losses to his name other than his debut. He lost the 2009 Golden Gloves championship opposite Nick Brinson and 2008 USA National Championships Semi-Final against Greg Carter.

During the quarterfinals of the World Youth Championships, Spence Jr lost against Botirjon Mahmudov. After this, Spence Jr suffered two consecutive losses to Alessandro Marziali and Carlos Banteur, causing him to miss the World Welterweight championship.

His next losses were in 2011 to Sukhrab Shidaev, Serik Sapiyev, Brian CarlosCastano. He also lost the 2010 USA National Golden Gloves Final to David Grayton.
