Recently, a video surfaced showing Floyd Mayweather identifying the location where Tupac Shakur was shot in 1996. This led to speculation that Mayweather was present and personally witnessed the shooting of the six-time Grammy-nominated artist.
In his most recent Instagram post, Floyd Mayweather refuted the "false accusations" suggesting that he witnessed Tupac Shakur's death.
Floyd Mayweather set the record straight by stating that he merely resided in the vicinity "where Tupac was shot" in September 1996. He explicitly denied witnessing the shooting and addressed the "false accusations" in a detailed statement.
Mayweather was pointing out the location to John Singleton who was making a documentary on Tupac. Singleton reportedly connected with ‘TBE’ due to the boxer’s familiarity with the area.
Although he lived in the same area where Tupac was shot, Mayweather maintained, “I have never said I witnessed the shooting“.
