Sean O'Malley has been engaging in a war of words with Gervonta Davis. Let's look at their beef in detail.
Sean O'Malley has expressed his desire to eventually step into the boxing ring against Gervonta Davis.
Despite Davis' coach, Kenny Ellis, suggesting that O'Malley would be an easy opponent, the UFC bantamweight champion responded with a concise comeback, saying, "Lolz, dude's 5'2" on Twitter.
This reaction came after an interview with Ellis, in which he predicted that a hypothetical fight between Davis and O'Malley wouldn't last long, with Davis winning in the first round.
Ellis also believed that any top lightweight boxer, including Tank, Shakur, Haney, would beat O'Malley, citing their superior boxing skills.
O'Malley recently secured the UFC bantamweight championship with a second-round victory over Aljamain Sterling at UFC 292 and expressed interest in boxing Davis as well as a rematch with Marlon Vera in the octagon.
