Logan Paul and Dillon Danis have been locked in a bitter online feud, which started even before their official fight announcement on October 14. Their exchanges have turned ugly, with Danis targeting Paul's fiancée, Nina Agdal, on Twitter, and Paul retaliating with insults about Danis's mother. Jake Paul has also weighed in, calling Danis a "puppet" due to his excessive trash-talking.
A couple of years ago, Danis and 'The Problem Child' were supposed to fight, but it never happened, and there was lingering tension between them.
In an interview, he said, "Yeah look there is something there are lines that have been crossed. Like mortally, picking on an innocent girl, who has no involvement technically in the fight. But at the same time it is the fight game and all is fair in love and war."
Furthermore, Paul acknowledged Danis' talent in promoting the fight and explained that this was the reason his older brother chose to face him.
In the current contest, Jake Paul won't support Danis due to their past animosity, and because Logan Paul is his brother. Jake also criticized Danis for going too far by insulting Agdal.
As per Paul, "My brother could have fought anybody. He picks this kid who he knows is going to make the fight massive and right now everybody wants to see the fight because of the things that are being said. All the pay-per-view is going directly into my brother’s pocket. And that’s why Dillon was picked. At the end of the day, Dillon is a puppet."
