Jake Paul is putting in hours in and outside of the gym to prepare for his rematch against Tyron Woodley on Saturday 18th December. Ahead of his fight, let's take a look at Paul's intense training routine.
'The Problem Child' does a three-seven-mile outdoor jog right after a 10 minutes meditation session in the morning.
To strengthen his neck and improve stability, Paul does various neck exercises, including neck extension and rotation. He also hits his core with a medicine ball and punches to improve the muscles.
Unlike other athletes, 'The Problem Child' prefers taking an ice bath before the training to shock his whole body and then continue his daily routine.
'The Problem Child' does a lot of heavy bag workouts to hone his boxing skills. He also does mitts, speed bags, and noodle drills.
To improve his overall performance for his match, Paul does ten or more rounds of sparring thrice a week.
