Ukrainian professional boxer, Oleksandr Usyk, is set to defend his unified IBF/WBO/WBA heavyweight championship titles against the challenger, Daniel 'Dynamite' Dubois. For this match, he seems to be working out with all zest, despite the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Despite the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia, Usyk has been continuing with his training routine in Ukraine. A video has emerged that shows his training routines - he can be seen working out with the help of a punching speed bags.
