The seven-time world champion, Lewis Hamilton, could often be seen at many races with his beloved bulldog Roscoe by his side.
So let’s take a look at the 5 interesting facts about the Knight’s beloved dog Roscoe.
Roscoe joined the Lewis Hamilton family in 2013 and a year later he was accompanied by a female British bulldog, Coco. The two were spotted at many races. Unfortunately, Coco had died after an apparent heart attack.
Since 2015, the two bulldogs shared a joint Instagram account, showing off their leisure lifestyle. After Coco’s tragic demise, the account now continues to feature Roscoe’s adventures. The account @roscoelovecoco has almost 375K followers.
Roscoe isn’t just known trackside, he’s also a professional dog model and, according to Lewis Hamilton, has been earning $700 a day from his modeling gigs.
In 2020, Roscoe has converted to an entirely vegan diet. Lewis listed several health benefits Roscoe experienced after the switch.
Since Roscoe is often seen at F1 tracks, Lewis Hamilton revealed in 2018 he had asked F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone for a pass for his dog. He also has his own passport since he travels the world with his master.
