Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso are two of the best drivers on the grid these days. Despite the fact that they have deep rivalries, there’s no denying that both of them can have their day when their time is right. However, this time in Mexico, Hamilton’s time was right and Alonso’s was the exact opposite.
Hamilton, who finished the race in P2 behind Verstappen, saw his competitor from McLaren days end his race in DNF. As the race concluded, the three drivers, Verstappen, Hamilton, and Perez, went to the cooldown room and that was when Hamilton was spotted staring at Alonso’s DNF moment.
This comes right after the controversial comments from Alonso where he undermined Hamilton’s titles. In return, the Briton posted a photo of them from the McLaren days where Lewis was P1 at the 2007 United States GP podium and Alonso was P2.
