Steve Cheah is the "Barstool" personality who is also a 2x Super Bowl Champion (XXXVII and LV). Cheah has gathered enough knowledge about the sports, as he himself was a part of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers All-22. He discusses his knowledge on the 'Going Deep Podcast'.
The new video from Barstool's media channel 'Lights, Camera, Barstool', discussed John Daly, an exceptional personality in sports. However, the most crucial part of this discussion was the comparison of Daly with NBA star Charles Barkley, with KenJac as the host and Steve Cheah as the member of the panel.
According to Steve Cheah, there was not much difference between John Daly and Charles Barkley. Differentiating between both, Cheah said, “John Daly is basically Charles Barkley, but fatter and better at golf.” As the question further raised if Daly's greatness is equal to Charles Barkley's, Cheah clarified with the statement, “I’m just saying like modern-day character again, like the same dude.”
When the host took the topic to Physique similarity, Cheah cleared out that Daly and Barkley have professional as well as personal similarities. Cheah clearly explained, “I’m just saying like modern-day character again, like the same dude. John Daly won the British Open. He won the PGA. He was, I think, the rank the number-one golfer in the world for a year. Think Charles Barkley won an MVP. How could you say that being the number one golfer in the world in a year is not the same?”
Both Daly and Barkley are great friends and are known as the gambling twins. They share many interests. Their bond includes intense jamming sessions of "Can't You See" in a restaurant. The duo even played the Regions Pro-Am event together.
