During the episode, Spiranac touched upon the topic and criticized the actions of the Tennessee Football Fans. She mentioned that celebrating and pouring down on the grounds was fun, but destroying their own city’s property wasn’t.

Spiranac vexed with foolish actions from football fans

“Once Tennessee beat Alabama they rushed the field which they were fined $100,000 and on top of that, they ripped their own goalpost out of the ground and carried it through the streets of Tennessee…. and now they’re groping for money,” an irritated Spiranac said.

Paige continued her frustration further on the podcast

“I like when people rush to field I think that’s really fun in any sporting arena, a little hard to do in hockey. But at basketball games, and football games, I think that’s really fun,” she said. “I love that tradition. But Why ruin your own stadium? That makes no sense to me.”

Paige questions the fans of the city

Furthermore, Spiranac condemned the action and questioned the fans’ love for their city. “It’s like you’re destroying the city that you love or the stadium that you love,” she said. “It makes no sense to me.”
