The youngest son of Hyundai Card Vice Chairman Chung Tae-young, Chung Jun is reportedly working at Hyundai Motor Group’s subsidiary office in San Francisco.
The relationship first came to light when the Ko posted a picture of them together with the caption “soon”. According to industry sources, the wedding ceremony for the to-be couple is set to be held at Myeongdong Cathedral in central Seoul on December 30.
“I don’t think there will be many changes to my schedule,” Ko said. “I’m really thankful for my fiance and my family who have been super supportive. As much as I want it, they also want me to finish my career well at the time I want to.” said Ko
“As a golfer and person, I’m thankful and gives me lots of motivation to work hard when I’m competing and enjoying my time off as well. Getting married is not going to change my schedule, and it’s going to remain the same.” revealed Ko.
The World No.4 has had a stellar season in 2022, claiming six Top 10 finishes already. She emerged victorious at the Gainbridge LPGA at Boca Rio, Florida. This comes after she secured a bronze medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, following up a 2nd place finish at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
