Soon after the PGA announced Tiger as the winner of PIP, the GOAT took to Twitter reacting to it. He posted the screenshot of Mickelson’s tweet in which he disclosed himself as the winner of the PIP money.

As per Dan, Tiger cannot win the PIP money because of certain rules from the PGA Tour. “Tiger technically isn’t eligible to receive his money until he plays an event he hasn’t played in the last 4 years,” Dan tweeted. “That’s why Phil went to Kapalua, to satisfy that requirement.”
