(UFC record: 1-2)

Askren defeated Robbie Lawler on his debut in a controversial fight but was then stopped by Jorge Masvidal in what was the fastest knockout in UFC history. Finally, Askren lost to Demian Maia and ended up hanging his gloves up after the fight.

Will Brooks
(UFC record: 1-3)

Will Brooks defeated Ross Pearson in his UFC debut. However, it wasn’t a standout performance. And sure enough, Brooks’ next three fights saw him stopped three times, falling to Alex Oliveira, Charles Oliveira, and finally Nik Lentz.

Lyman Good
(UFC record: 3-3)

Lyman Good was the inaugural Bellator welterweight champion. Good didn't have a great MMA career in the UFC as he had in Bellator.  He was only able to win 3 fights and lost 3 fights.

Joe Soto
(UFC record: 3-5)

Joe Soto was Bellator’s featherweight inaugural champion. His career in the UFC was not so great as he lost five times and only won three times in the octagon.

Hector Lombard
(UFC record: 3-8-1)

When it comes to Bellator champions struggling in the UFC, Hector Lombard is the fighter who instantly comes to mind. He only won 3 fights in the UFC and lost a total no. of 8 fights and had one draw.
