Ahead of his upcoming rematch against Kamaru Usman at UFC 261, we take a look at Jorge 'Gamebred' Masvidal's journey to the top.
Masvidal started his fighting career on the streets and often took part in street fights.
Masvidal made his debut against Tim Means in April 2013 a fight he won via unanimous decision.
Masvidal was never the biggest name in the UFC. However, his 5-second knockout win over Ben Askren changed that instantly.
After his win over Askren, Masvidal fought nate Diaz for the 'Baddest Motherf***er' belt at UFC 244. This further elevated his status as huge name in the UFC.
Masvidal fought for UFC gold for the first time at UFC 251. Although he lost the fight to Kamaru Usman, he has a chance to avenge the loss at UFC 261 in a few days time.
